We know your time is important to you so, within this site you may print all of your patient forms, before you enter our offoce for your scheduled appointment (see patient forms). Dr. Allen will carefully review your health history and perform a thorough examination to assess the areas of concern.  In order to make an accurate diagnosis, x-rays might be necessary.  Dr. Allen is trained in x-ray techniques.

   Only after this initial examination will Dr. Allen offer a  recommendation for your  course of treatment. Based on findings from the initial examination, your treatment could consist of CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS, therapies, and rehabilitation.
